Here are some of WeddingWire’s top picks for New York City wedding venues – and our favorites too!

Brooklyn Winery

This indoor winery is the ultimate in Brooklyn cool. The space, which can hold 165 guests, is one of the most sought-after venues in New York City. We love the garden wall with top-to-bottom greenery (you have to see it!), the glass ceiling (hello amazing natural light!), and rustic interior and details. Couples also rave about the service and the food, with one bride exclaiming: “Beautiful ambience and professional AND happy staff that works really hard to accommodate your needs. What more can you ask for?”

Bryant Park Grill

One of the most beautiful restaurants in all of the city, this stunning space makes our list of the best NYC wedding venues. First of all, the venue location can’t be beat—you’re right in the center of Manhattan (so convenient!). And we love that there is outdoor garden space (which is pretty rare in the big city. The restaurant can host events for up to 210 guests, and the food is as fabulous as the space.

Manhattan Penthouse on Fifth Avenue

Looking for a venue with spectacular views? Located on Fifth Avenue and 14th Street, host your event in this 8,000-square foot penthouse in a sophisticated Beaux-Arts building offers 360-degree views of the surrounding city. It can host up to 200 guests, and catering is in-house. Plus, we love how the loft space combines historic elegance with a modern loft feel.

Pier A Harbor House

Head downtown to check out this incredible waterfront venue with its views of the Statue of Liberty and New York City Harbor. The Pier A Harbor House offers several venues ideal for weddings including the Loft, with its high ceilings and the ability to host both ceremony and reception in the same space. The Loft has a capacity of 120 guests for a seated dinner. The State Room has the feel of a historic home, and is best suited for ceremonies. There’s also the Commissioner’s Bar & Liberty Room, which is best for smaller weddings of 50 guests, or rehearsal dinners.

The Foundry

One of the biggest wedding trends right now is the industrial-chic venue, spaces with a historical yet raw vibe. The Foundry may be the venue that inspired this trend. Located in Long Island City, Queens, this New York wedding venue has so much character with its exposed brick and beams, and offers both indoor and outdoor spaces for your wedding.

New York Botanical Garden

A nature-filled wedding in NYC? The New York Botanical Garden in the Bronx, makes this dream a reality! Aside from the many outdoor photo opportunities, there are several spaces where your wedding can be held, from the scenic Garden Terrace Room (the terrace itself is ideal for a ceremony) to the more rustic and intimate Stone Mill.
